Once you purchase a FormLogix subscription, the form will be active this entire duration.
The form’s subscription periods are either for 6 months or 12 months (unless you purchase a ‘per submission’).
If you wish to limit your form to a certain number of submissions or make it expire on a certain date you can do so using the following options (located in the ‘form settings’):
1- Max Rows
2- Close form on
Max rows
Using this option you can decide to make the form expire after a certain number of submissions. This option is suitable for limited event registrations, ticket orders, polls, etc.
In order to use this option you will need to:
1- enter your form in the form builder.
2- Go to the ‘form settings’.
3- Enter the maximum number of submissions in the ‘max rows’ field.
4- Press ‘apply’.
5- Save the form.
Close form on
Using this option you can determine the date in which the form expires. This is suitable for special sales, event registrations, online invitations etc.
In order to use this option you will need to:
1- enter your form in the form builder.
2- Go to the ‘form settings’.
3- Enter the date after which the form will expire.
4- Press ‘apply’.
5- Save the form.
